Compeer Volunteer Program

HELP WANTED-no pay. You only need to remember 2 numbers:
1 friend, 4 hours a month.

Compeer invites you to take advantage of an opportunity to become a part of a volunteer team that you'll be proud to join. Training/orientation sessions are held periodically. You'll be surprised at the difference you can make in a person's life by spending just a few hours per week with an adult or child who needs a friend. Volunteers throughout Niagara County are needed. You'll be matched with someone who lives near you. We have many people waiting to be matched who would be so interesting to spend time with. Find out how easy it is to be a mentor, advocate or friend. Adult and youth matches are available.

Training and ongoing support is provided after the initial application process. Once you meet our other volunteers, you'll know you've made the right decision. Your gift of friendship is priceless.
