Please consider allowing us to join in educating your students about the importance of mental health awareness through our FREE presentations and resources.

Possible Topics:

Depression and Suicide
In this module students will learn about the warning signs of depression and suicide, the associated risk factors, and what they can do to help.
Conflict Resolution
Conflict is inevitable, and there are many benefits to knowing how to resolve it peacefully. In this module, students will learn how to resolve conflict by communicating clearly and working through the stages of problem solving.
Anxiety
and Stress
Management
There's no "one size fits all" solution to managing stress and anxiety. This module will help students create a stress management plan that reflects their unique needs. As they learn healthy ways to cope with stress, reduce its harmful effects, and prevent anxious feelings from spiraling out of control.

Learning how to build healthy relationships plays a role in preventing violence. With integrated components for elementary, we help students build the social-emotional skills they need to treat one another with respect and dignity as they mature.

Gain a basic understanding of how social media affects self-esteem and mental health in youth, and learn about the risks and prevention of cyberbuillying
