Provides a community based restorative environment
and support for adults, at least eighteen (18) years
of age, who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent
mental illness. Members are actively involved in their
own rehabilitation process, as it is ultimately their
decision on when, how often, and what they participate
in.

FUTURE
VISIONS CLUBHOUSE
A club for people who suffer from a serious mental
illness. The purpose is to help individuals participate
as full citizens in their community and to provide
an environment that is conducive to personal development
and growth. Day program offers vocational skills training
and life skills enhancements. Evening program develops
social skills through recreational participation.
Both day and evening programs offer meals and transportation.
